• The less parts in a system, the more savings :
The MAG Cup affords you extra savings in operational costs, and promotes less maintenance on your bells ; the clip securing the cup to the turbine motor is no more : with its suppression, it's one less spare part to carry in inventory. After the cup, this clip is the part that needs most often to be replaced in the PPH.
• "CUP ON" surveillance feature, a new exclusive design by Sames :
This feature, coming exclusively with the MAG cup for the HVT (High Velocity Turbine) only, prevents accidental discharge of materials when there is no cup on the bell. The hazards and hassle resulting from such incidents are now a thing of the past.
• Simpler, easier & faster maintenance :
The removal/installation of the cup is now extremely simple and fast. To remove or install a MAG cup only requires a cheap and simple tool designed exclusively for the purpose by Sames. You won't even have to remove the shrouds to do it. When installing the MAG cup on the rotor, it self centers automatically via a positionning cylinder. The MAG cup is a maintenance dream.
• Enhanced operational safety :
The magnetic clamping of the cup offers a significantly superior resistance to tearing off, than that of the clippable versions. This is a definite enhancement of the safety of your painting system, and of that of your operators.
• Less cleaning cost :
Take advantage of the new "anti-dirt" air shrouds, developped in conjunction with the MAG cup. Our new design considerably extends uptime between scheduled cleaning. You'll save on that too... !

• Finishing quality :
The technology used (rotary bell) combines the finest atomization of the paint to the easiest control of the spray pattern. The finishing quality meets the most severe criteria of flow and D.O.I. (quality of reflection).
